While everyone will probably agree that the BT rocks, there are just a few tiny things that have been nagging me for quite awhile. Tachi to the rescue!
First off, everything you put in square brackets is read as code and doesn't appear as text in the message. Since square brackets are most awesome and I use them all the time, it would be great if, well, they could be used. [Like this, but you won't even see it ololol]
Secondly, there's a weird bug when using the text editor for setting tags to highlighted text. Awesome sentence. A picture to illustrate! It only seems to be a problem in Opera, so it probably won't affect a lot of people. But since Opera clearly is the king of all browsers…
Lastly, not much of a bug, but the text editor itself is kinda tiny which makes it hard to handle walls of text. Any chance you could bump up a notch in size? Or maybe like in most forums keep the small editor beneath the threads but add a button to "go advance" that leads to a bigger version?
None of that stuff is really important, but it would make using the forums much more comfortable. So, if any of it is easy to fix and if you got some free time on your hands while the bots are crafting or so, it would be great to see some of it done. :D
Tachi only has to teach me how to make a website, then it's no problem at all \o/ Or maybe I could make a 3D FPS website with Unreal? Hmm~ (Edit to avoid further confusion: I do not really plan to do anything at all!)
I'll also get to work on that 3D site then. How about every visitor gets an avatar and you can shoot each other? Users with the name of "Splice Allagash" will automatically start with 1 HP and die with a single hit to make it more realistic
On a side note: Can we get the leve timer on the front page back pwetty pwease?
There are some websites that let you walk around FPS style to access content in a 3D environment. Was thinking of that kind of stuff, but there's no way in hell I'll actually create all that!
