I still live at home for the time being, so it doesn't behoove me to purchase actual furniture. I was going to build some because it's impossible to find a good L-shaped desk in the dimensions that I needed for anything less than a small fortune. Then I bought an mmo. Which is fine, I'll pony up for the wood in a bit, and I'll need to throw together a week or two's worth of free time to draft and construct it.
Here is an outdated list of my games as of the crack of 2010. Click!
Didn't lains setup end up with fluid on the floor about 6 inches deep? I imagine that'd be pretty awesome during the high point of summer. I won't post my list of games. I've been playing them since the early 80's, going through Amstrad CPC464, Atari, Amiga, Sega Master System, Sega Megadrive, Playstation, Dreamcast, PS2, Gamecube, Wii, and now PS3. And throughout all of that has been the PC. And still, I doubt the games I've played comes even close to the length of the lists you guys posted >.< You have way too much time!
Many of the PS2 games are "cheating." A year or so ago, I went on a massive spree wherein I picked up every PS2 game I wanted to make sure I had. Most of them were pretty cheap, only the some of the Atlus games and Shadow Hearts were expensive. The PS3 games are another story… most are those are first day buys from amazon. That was a lot of wasted money in retrospect. I'm a sucker for giftcard credit back.
I, too, played FFVII on pc. I never had a playstation 1. ; ; Also wtf is that monstrosity of a FFXIV collector's edition I thought the NA box was too big… Nice selection btw.
If you never had a PlayStation one that means… you never played Final Fantasy IX?! You should definitely get it on the PSN if you didn't already do so. There seem to be quite a few who don't like it - mainly because the big heads are big from what I heard them say - but to me it's still easily the second best of the franchise. Or maybe the third, if I count XI as well. ^^
And yeah, the EU collector's edition of XIV takes up some serious space. That's what you get when some marketing guys decide it'd be a great idea to put a "tumbler" in the box. That thing makes for a nice pen holder, but apart from that…
